U.S. Citizenship
Current and former U.S. service members may be eligible for citizenship through special provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Parole In Place (PIP)
PIP allows certain family members of U.S. military personnel who entered the U.S. without formal authorization to remain for a specific period.
Adjustment of Status
(Green Card)
Adjustment of status lets you apply for a Green Card while in the U.S., so you don't have to go back to your home country. If you're outside the U.S., you need to apply for a visa through a consulate.
